Restorative Massage

Is highly personalized and involves the use of multiple techniques to suit the individual’s needs. This massage increases circulation and range of motion. Helps relieve pain, spasms, fascia tension, “knots” and often incorporates deep tissue and trigger point and myofascial release. Main focus treating a high complain areas, however may build in relaxing massage techniques for less affected areas. This treatment is only provided for Haarlem locations and surrounding areas (Heemstede, Bennenbroek, Vogelenzang, Aerdenhout, Bentveld, Bloemendaal, Overveen, Vijfhuizen, Cruquius, Hoofddorp, Hillegom) as a singel and double booking; to all other location such as Santpoort-Zuid, Santpoort-Noord, Amsterdam and its surroundings only as a double booking.
